I would have to disagree with the "or anyone else in the car" statement. My husband, if in the car, could take the information down, and call them back while I drive....he would not be able to do that if there was no cell service. And what about kids or other adults in the car? If I was heading to anywhere out of state I and anyone else in the car is incommunicado for the duration of the drive or until I stop? I would disconnect that feature so quick it would make your head spin. Sometime we caravan a couple of cars and how would we communicate to say we are pulling over? IF the car is in motion and there is no cell service how do you know that you even HAVE a call or text if no cell service? Do you pull over every half hour to check? Not good for your gas mileage, or your sanity if your trying to get somewhere.
