It is, of course, my stupid fault for not completing the training in a more timely manner but they must have a record of who purchased the training and has not completed, and either given them a heads-up or migrated the software to an area of the new site where it can be accessed. Now I am getting nervous about other hosted software, such as my accounting one, Notary Gadget. I suppose we should all proceed with the mantra "buyer beware" when it comes to purchasing any package or software that is hosted vs. downloadable. I will update if and when I hear more.
