I had my first signing with them in December. I took the offer of $75, but the borrower was only a 10 min from my home, so I was fine with the offer. I called them a few days ago to ask how they pay; they pay 30 days from date of signing and checks go out on Fridays. So, that means I can wait up to 40 days to receive a payment. I got another offer of $75 today, but I turned it down due to distance and the fact that they gave me a 3 1/2 notice! They remind me of Full Spectrum in some ways. I will update this thread once I get paid.  |
