New to this Signing Agent Business
Posted by Joy Karavedas of CA on 4/29/16 5:49pm Msg #550835
I am a brand new Notary Signing Agent and trying to break into this field. It appears from reading the forums that many of the signing services tend to offer lower fees - which explains why the calls I'm getting have been in the $75-$80 range. I've also read about many of these services not paying or being slow payers.

I know it will take a lot of work, but I'm looking for advice on how to get started. What businesses should I spend my time cultivating - realtors, lenders, title companies - all of the above.

I would appreciate any help you are willing to provide.
