Wow - you've done a lot of research for our area. Are you located in this area? I got started because when we re-financed our house at the end of last year, the notary who came out said she had more work than she could handle. Also, when my son re-fied their home last month, his notary said the same thing - more work than he could handle.
My experience in the one week I've been doing this is that I've received a lot of calls for signings but the rates are lower than I originally expected.
I'm into this now, so I'm gonna stick it out for a while. I don't give up easy!
