this was the fee schedule 5 Star charges their title companies. I know Lorri only wants to pay $85-$90, except for the times she handled RM's where the LO told her to pay my fee. Also, now this was 2 or 3 years ago, but she was paying at 45-50 days and when I questioned it she told me she had a vendor who would be paying at 90. I told her that was unacceptable.
I have not been able to work with Lorrie (outside those RM's I mentioned) due to her inability to meet my fee. |
