Hi Linda, we do charge companies who use our platform a fee, and we have also heard signing agents express the same concern before.
We’ve found that signing agent quality and fees have a high correlation, which is why we don’t encourage companies to drop their fees when they start using Snapdocs. Again, it’s completely up to the companies what fees they offer.
With the way our system works, better signing agents (based on number of orders, favorites, feedback, verified credentials, etc.) will automatically float to the top, and companies who are looking for quality signing agents will often times revise the fee they offer if it’s too low. Currently, the average fee across all signings on Snapdocs is $92.
