Hi Mindy, I checked in with our engineering team and we take into consideration a variety of factors when ranking signing agents on the public search. Also, the public search uses a different algorithm than the search that companies on Snapdocs use when looking for a signing agent to work with.
The public search mainly ranks signing agents based on profile completeness, like whether they have a profile picture, a phone number, and a bio. Instead of searching based on zip code, our search always searches by mile radius, which is why signing agents that are not necessarily in the closest zip code can turn up in the search results. |
