Prior to the giving the business to Field Choice (a company I'd rather not discuss) I received a call from TRG asking if I would be available for a 12 pack? I asked what is a 12 park? She explained a 12 pack is a signing of 12 refis taking place at one location with one borrower. He was basically refying his investment properties in PGH (Pittsburgh) at one time. Well they offered me $100 for each!!!! SOOOOO yes I got $1200 bucks for one closing, it was 6 hours long but didn't care. |
