I could be wrong, but I would assume that only the companies you do work for AND use Vendor Pay would have access to your banking information. Or maybe not even them. Maybe only SD has that information since they will ultimately be the ones sending you the check. I'm not sure how Vendor Pay works exactly, but I would imagine that SD takes the money from the SS bank account and pays the NSA with it.
