The SS is The Closing Group. Besides the crazy fee, they let those getting the email know that they are requiring a current background check before the docs would be released.
In the past I've ignored these so called offers. Now I will reply to all of them regardless of how low they go. That way they have to waste their time going thru the replies. They want to waste my time, I have no problem wasting theirs. Imagine how well that will go over when we band together and all reply back. Worse case is that they remove me from their list. Hehehe
