I love my work too. I don't have any bad days, all good. No low ballers. I do have one receivable I'm a little concerned about, with a company I've never worked with, but if I don't see payment by next week, I'll be contacting the escrow officer and the loan officer, as this is no way to treat a professional...just a little over 30 days later than the event.
Lot of companies out there that don't deem it important to pay their notaries for their hard work, when all they really did was schedule the time with the borrower, nothing more, and banked twice what I'm to be paid. Those are the companies that are so irksome.
