| Good afternoon, I am new to this site and have never chatted in a forum yet. However I have been a signing agent for 2 years started in NM and just relocated to TX. I wanted to say I have used snap docs for all of my time as a NSA I find that they have been a great source of contacts through them. I usually complete about 30-40 signings with them a month. Ranging from refi, reverse mortgages and debt consolidations. I love that I can upload Id's directly from my phone to the platform and scan docs back as an upload also. I have also found that there is no set fee it has varied depending on the company offering the signing. As for fees I do look at things like the size of the package are there scan or fax backs with it, and driving distance and time before offering a fee. I have also found in a few circumstances that I have accepted an order only to find it has a super large amount of documentation and have called back to have my fee adjusted.
