Gotta delicious, hardy italian sausage soup going on for tonight...I'm in love with Montiel Williams (married, but I am still in love with his wonderful spirit and attitude), whom I met last month in Pasadena. Montel was diagnosed with MS about 20 years ago, and given til 59 to live...he's outlived it and looks great.

He shares his advice for success: to “write down three things you’ve done good” every day. Today's a good day to start. He's so motivating and inspiring.

It's Romeo and me! and bro! Life is grand!
