Private wealth clients hi fico and equity low credit cards. Couldn't figure out why lender kept rejecting them. At the end of 3 months they told their lo they were going to another lender. Problem though was their credit score went down to a point where they no longer qualified for 3.5 and Lender wanted 16K in points to keep it.
I imagine some heads are rolling at hdqrtrs cuz these people went straight to the top to get their loan wrapped up yestetday. |
