OK everyone has already told you to report to the attorney's State Bar Association which is absolutely the best advise, but you have to be careful how you word it. They won't care if he didn't pay you. However, they WILL care if he failed to fulfill his contractual obligations in a real estate transaction... See Msg #325273 and Msg #329837
