Omar took the time to call me on a Sunday. He sounds very sincere about operating a great signing service. He does use the SD platform, so his fees reflect that cost, currently. He has a staff of 7. I hope he makes it. He certainly has the resources.
Looks like Notarized Inc. was added to SC in January. His company formed in December 2016. He's just getting up and running. Let's give him an opportunity to show us he's one of the better signing services to work for. The domain he wanted may not have been available, so he's using notarized.org instead, but I didn't ask him about this. No mystery, no lies. Definitely not affiliated in any way to Chicago nonprofit as alluded to in earlier posts, he wants to make that clear.
I've never worked for Omar's company, but if he has something in my area and can meet my fee, I am happy to review him in SC for everyone's benefit, and I hope others will do so also.
We talked about how to attract the most knowledgeable, credible and diligent NSAs, not just people who need pocket change for entertainment and extras, parttimers. People who are skilled and knowledgeable. That's the tricky part.
