In your post it's identified that you 'just completed a 2 part assignment.'

Was your client a Title/Escrow company? An SS?

Did you provide the alert prior to the handoff to the shipping staff?

Were you advised to shred the flaw-ridden, dually executed document set and a redraw was performed?

As professionals, it's important to followup demonstrating consideration to the team members who are providing support. It would also acknowledge appreciation of their time given in support of your query. Smile Many experienced professionals provided their thoughts & shared the action/inaction that they'd take in your scenario as well as their rationale for their choices.

Also, many asked questions. Those answers would provide additional assistance to you and others who are learning vicariously (reading/being edified, but not posting/sharing).

Thanks in advance for sharing the rest of your story and experience with us. It's helpful to know the outcome & management. Big Smile
