After posting. In fact still out of town.
The answer to your question is I did send an email to the lady at the Tiile Company who sent me the job. I did this right after I posted. I also left a voice message as I never got a response back to my email.
I still haven't heard back by email or phone.
I sent the docs to the Title company as I received them.
God willing I will be back in town and the state on Monday so if a redraw is necessary due to the other Notary's error I can accomplish it.
