No, I wouldn't accept a signing from an inept, no count SS/vendor. The OP's scenario describes a TC that knows the type of work a $55 NSA will deliver. Requiring full package scan/fax backs for refinances says the TC expects problems. Why do I call the notary in that other thread inept and lowball? Her actions earned that label as she didn't make "errors", she screwed up. Who can call those actions "errors"? Yikes!!!!
