I, too, will not have anything to do with XYZ. They have aided and abetted in putting our fees into the dumpster.
People complain consistently about this organization and yet still deal with them on some level and keep them in business.
When this whole BGC thing started, XYZ went into marketing mode and convinced title and lenders they were the best, and we all know that is just BS. But how many jumped on that bandwagon, without question? The sheep went to the trough and drank the poison. Complained about it, but still did it.
The same thing about SD, which has really thrown fees into more of a tailspin. I never joined and won't, but there's that trough again and the sheep again drank the poison.
You may be getting the work but so many have sold their souls to these organizations. And they're laughing all the way to the bank on your backs! |
