| I too like to know my averages. I cover a huge rural area - about 3 hours in all directions, sometimes up to 5 hours one way. My round trip average is vastly different from yours. Mine is 52.8 miles round trip average. I can not, nor will I normally accept $xx fees. For me most of my time committed to a signing is in travel. Which is a major expense directly out of my pocket. Many companies do not like or even respect my fees, but I can't budge. I would rather stay home vs loose money to fill someone else's pockets. Too many companies give discounted fees in order to make volume. Then want to pass their poor pricing on to me. Almost all my quotes have to get approval. This is why it is important for everyone to work their own business plan and what their need to do to price themselves appropriately. What works for you would never make sense for me and vice versa. |
