SD created the undisclosed notary rating system that continues to not be visible. Many have said that when they discovered their rating (info shared with them by their clients) they could then understand what what happening.  Many of those ratings were submitted by individuals who had never previously done business with them!
SD has since made the announcement that only companies that have worked directly with a signing agent can rate the. Okay, that may be true, but we'll never know and what about the previously submitted ratings? The SD system is inappropriate.
FYI: Companies can see their ratings on NR and can query about them directly to the submitter. |
