Fees are not particularly high here for notaries. I don't know but maybe 1 or 2 that can afford to do this full time and even those supplement their income selling real estate or some other business OR get "payday loans".

GNW for individuals is not lucrative because alot of notaries notarize documents for free and they expect me to do that, too. I once quoted someone $75 to draft a quitclaim deed and she looked shocked and never came back.
