Share Linda's position and personally will continue to ignore. FNMA has compliant ones that can be used (no different than choosing to put initial lines or not on pages).
p.s. May revisit if I obtain Title Producer's license - and then, only on the basis of confirming "SECURED By" a DOT dated [same as the one I notarized on said occasion]; "described in" would be lined through. Not practicing UPL, just confirming what I feel IS verifiable, given more than notarial power alone. |
