| A couple years ago Mortgagedocs owed me for 4 invoices. I ended up sending an email to the owner/CEO listing all the dates I contacted them and got either lies or no responses. I told them if I did not receive payment in full by a certain date that I was going to notify the 4 different title companies and lenders that MDocs was not paying their notaries. I did receive an email back with apologies of course, and I did receive payment in full by the date I gave them. Gotta play hardball. |
