Hi all...can anyone recommend a good escrow/title company for commercial sales? I have a few good referrals. My husband is a broker and is looking for one who knows what they are doing with investment commercial sales. Like 1031 exchanges as well. We are up in Laguna Beach area in Orange County but some of the properties are up North. More so just need a good Escrow/Title company though. Thanks so much in advance!
