When we used to get most docs overnighted to us, many TC's would put tabs where signatures went. Absolutely hated it. Just a big chaotic mess. Red, yellow and green tabs on 100 pages of documents. I'd rip them off.
After awhile you just know where to look for signature lines.
I also start out with CD, Note, DOT, Payment itemization and go from there. I remind them of the 3 day recession, if it applies, but don't bring it out at the beginning. Always do title docs last. |
