National Preferred Notary - AVOID

NPN not only lowballs, but they don't pay their bills. It has been 4 months (and they are racking up late fees) and still no payment. The company that contracted them could care less....all they care about is that they bring them the notaries, not now these sub-contractors of theirs reflect on them.
