e-notarizations. A couple of cos. say they're partnering with Pavaso for e-signings. To date I haven't heard of any notaries actually getting calls for these.
The biggest issue with the VA Electronic Notary requirement is the need to keep a video record of the transactions for 5 years. I see that as a conflict with loan signings because of needing to store part of the transactions. It's all too complicated for me. LOL
