| I had a signing company recently try to sell me on the idea to do eClosings. After talking to the gal for a bit I was able to get out of her that the base fee was going to be $100. But whose computer, whose internet, etc. I did a few a couple of years back. I have my own computer and internet service but here in Idaho service is not always great. And I really don't like to use my equipment. That is just another hidden expense. But more than that I really hate to be in a signers bedroom using their only computer. I brought up these points, but she didn't think any of it would be an issue. Well it was last time. And I don't think much has really changed in these regards. I have a wait and see attitude at this point. |
