Aren't they owned by ORTC?

They haven't called me yet for Pavaso esigning. I have no idea, but recently I had a purchase loan through ORTC, they contacted me directly for the signing at bank branch, next day funding. My payment would have to be processed through Snapdocs, escrow officer said.

That was two weeks ago, still waiting for payment. So with SD being the conduit, Snapdocs sit on my money for two weeks.
