They did the same to me this week. Got the package and then found out it was loan docs and initial disclosures.
I’ve closed loans for them before and never had a problem, but this is new.
I really didn’t enjoy having the customer sign multiple copies of the same docs. Four 4506-T’s, two CDs plus the original
Loan estimate, initial and final 1003, etc. It was ridiculous.
The customer wasn’t happy at all.
If I had realized sooner prior to signing, I would have kicked it back. I probably should have kicked it back anyway.
