California of course still doesnt allow DOT eclosing and that is why we all still print out the docs some of which require 'wet' signs (DOT, Sig Name AKA) spousal grant deed etc. Very happy for youi... havent done an eclosing in about six years. Pavaso, its my understanding, doesnt requie sig pad, just electronic sig by BO' and you on a few places. Give us the details later, okay?
