New Old Kid on the Block
Posted by KimWmsVA of VA on 4/13/18 9:56am Msg #592191
Hi all! I am interested in seeing how the market is working now. I was a mobile notary in my area for four years from 2009 - 2012. I stopped for personal reasons, but am looking to reestablish myself. What are the current going rates for mobile loan signings? I was fighting for $125 a signing last time. I still get requests from time to time, but the offer is closer to $40 - $75 a loan. That too me, seems too low for the time and energy put into building a business.

Thanks in advance for all your insight!

Kim
