No sure if legal or not, but seriously limiting your notary to only one county by doing that. I've never seen a stamp who had a county on it, as your commission is good for the entire state.
You also cannot cross out on your stamp, and then if you write in the correct county and your stamp says otherwise, it could be rejected. Why?
