This company is known as slow-paying and that notaries are sorry when they work for them.
In my observation, what people have or don't have has nothing to do with their ethics.
The ethics were there before the poverty or the wealth. It's also beyond me how one could actually know that the business owners' lifestyle is 100% certain to be what keeps them from being ethical or paying in a timely manner. Just my opinion, but stating things as fact that are opinion, speculation, or an observance could be seen as unethical.
