Peg, I commend you for trying to describe the problem, but I suspect you have just publicly slipped down to the same level as I have. Who would care what we think? 
I can hear the PM buttons clicking and Google humming trying to find the dirt that will discredit anything we have to say, can't you?
That's how it is done. Pretty soon, anyone who raises attention to the things you have raised and I have raised this weekend won't matter. It will be re-framed to be that you just don't care about notaries getting paid.
We will just have to try and muddle through out here in the dark.
