No I am not. I called in to Service Link this morning to expand my service coverage in the EXOS app and that is when I found out that notaries are taking jobs at $57.00 in Hennepin County, Minnesota. I told them that I would not expand into that county because I won't accept that fee. I was told to go ahead and expand into that area at my normal fee. I guess maybe they plan on calling me in Hennepin County when the $57.00 notaries mess up and they need a professional to go in a clean up the mess.
I have been working for Service Link my entire loan signing career and recently I have noticed that I am still closing the same lender packages, but for entirely different title companies, and for more money than Service Link wanted to pay. I have always loved working for Service Link, and the staff has always been so nice to me, but even I can't make a profit at $57.00 per closing. |
