.... Remote Signings probably one day will be the norm BUT not until your AG's office agrees. Right now in California, at least, there seems to be nothing happening on that front. The current SOS did sign, along with SOS in the other 49 states, to an Agreement to allow eClosings and Remote Signings. However, new regs and procedures would need to be discussed, developed, agreed upon and enacted by Legislature. Meanwhile, we all keep working.
