All good information.

Yes, I will accommodate the signing as per TC's instructions. All docs have pre-printed date of 8/9/18. My notarial certs will be dated 8/8/18. Here's the full scenario:

This is a Quicken VA purchase loan for primary residence plus investment (triplex) in TX. TC is ORTC. Husband is signing today in CA, wife is signing today in TX. No scan backs required. Loan scheduled to fund on 8/9/18.

Hopefully, all goes well without a hitch. Either way, I get full fee -- I did my due diligence and questioned my hiring party who, in turn, followed through with their hiring party. Smile In a few days, I'll try to check Harris County records to see if this recorded.
