A hotspot is helpful for many kinds of closings, because some clients want scans sent from the field, or want you to submit an electronic invoice shortly after the closing. So really, all the closings should have some of the fee to support having a smartphone.
Now if the eclosings became common enough to justify a greater amount of monthly data no the phone, it would be reasonable to charge enough extra on eclosings to cover the extra expense. But I've only had one request for a Pavaso closing, and that one was cancelled due to a change in the signer's schedule. |
