for early tomorrow morning. Didn't know it was an e-signing until I received docs and started prepping and ran across a doc about it being an e-signing. Immediately called TC to inquire and was told borrowers had already done the electronic portion of the signing and I was just accommodating the wet sign portion. [Wondered why package was only 67 pages]
This is a split signing, no scan backs for me (2nd notary will have to scan back) and TC is paying full fee.
Now this is the way hybrids should be done! IMO.
