I used USA BGC for Service Link thinking I could provide the link to the BGC for all my other lenders. The link expired within 30 days and they have not responded to my calls or emails to reinstate the link. So, now I have to pay for another BGC for my other lenders. I hope this info will be helpful to other notaries.
