I thought the rules were rather badly worded. The rules seem to think that you will know what providers you are going to use when you first get your notary commission, or when you first apply for the electronic notarization endorsement. But the reality is you might sign up with a particular company, and later during your commission term, discover that there is an additional company you should sign up with. The rules don't seem to address adding providers from time to time during your commission term. |
