Adobe update

I just go to your programs on your computer and see what you have, or when you open a PDF from your downloads, the Adobe version will be shown, then go to the Adobe website to see if the last one.

Currently, I am running Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, not sure if that is the latest one, but works well.
