Probably Lender Specific?
Posted by Bear900/CA of CA on 1/18/19 8:38pm Msg #602321
There are changes coming on the form(s) and we had some discussion back in Feb 2018. Msg #589353

There is no Fannie/Freddie system requirement for signatures on all pages. Maybe the specific lender updated their internal compliance requirements for 2019?

See here for what's coming by July, 2019:

If you click on "Getting Started" on the left hand pane you will get a timeline of changes being implemented. It's a simple slide show that you have to click "next" to advance.

Some interesting stuff, some boring. My LOS (Calyx) still prints the old 1003, and it's current.
