Nancy, I am fighting them over an appt from Nov 2018, this is not the first one I have had to fight for...It will be the last, I also warned the other local notaries not to accept jobs from them. I have been paid by them for past assignments but I have had to fight for every payment. TriStar passes the buck to others they were no help, I did eventually receive emails from Jason Bruno brunojason3@gmail.com. My suggestion is to avoid them at all cost, or require paypal before leaving your office. I have had to get my attorney involved multiple times as I am doing now, just easier to avoid them all together IMOP.
