Seems like a fair cost for e-mail docs, however I usually provide the borrowers with copies of the documents with a folder.
Tell me, if you charged that much for a town that you live in, what would you charge when you need to go out about 10 or 15 miles out? Most title companies and subcontractors either don't call you again or say they will call another notary if your fees are too high -- Just a tip.
