If you are not making a full set for the borrower - although you should include the set for the borrower in your edoc fee (I charge $45 for the edocs plus the signing, so I print out copies for the borrower) - but if you are not making a full set you should make a copy of the HUD, two copies for each person on title of the the RTC, and a copy for each person of the TIL.
